IT Project Manager

We’re hiring a self-motivated individual with min. 1 year of experience as an HR & Project Manager in an IT company , the selected candidate will work directly with clients & the IT team to ensure deliverables fall within the applicable scope and budget and will coordinate with other departments to ensure all aspects of each project are compatible. We are seeking a creative and dedicated individual who will align with our collaborative culture.

Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of our existing IT infrastructure while actively searching for improvement areas
• Streamline workflows by implementing inventive technical solutions
• Provide supervision and guidance to development teams & help team to complete all the modules in the given time frame
• Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
• Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
• Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members
• Use and continually develop leadership skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
