IT Project Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 5+ years of experience in software or IT projects. You will manage project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met while coordinating with clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
• Coordinate and communicate with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes with timely solutions.
• Monitor project performance using project management tools.
• Prepare regular reports for management and clients.
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
• Facilitate meetings, workshops, and reviews.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Management, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in software/IT projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira, Trello, MS Project, etc.).
• PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
