This is a managerial role (not a coordinator position) for a full-time, on-site job in North Delhi. ⸻ 📌 Job Details: • Position: IT Project Manager (Managerial Role – NOT a Coordinator) • Location: On-site, North Delhi • Working Hours: 12 PM IST – 8:30 PM IST • Working Days: Monday to Saturday • Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month • Employment Type: Full-time ⸻ 🎯 Responsibilities: • Client Communication: Gather detailed requirements and maintain continuous engagement. • SRS Documentation: Create Software Requirement Specification (SRS) documents based on client discussions. • Sprint Planning & Task Assignment: Break down projects into sprints, user stories, and tasks, assigning them to the frontend and backend teams. • Task Coordination: Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks by coordinating with developers, designers, and testers. • Delivery & Feedback Management: Deliver project milestones to clients, gather feedback, and incorporate necessary changes. • Existing Client Upsell & New Requirements: Identify additional project requirements and upsell services to existing clients. ⸻ ✅ Ideal Candidate Requirements: • Experience: Minimum 1.5 to 2+ years as an IT Project Manager in IT services (STRICT REQUIREMENT – No Exceptions!) • Technical Understanding: Strong knowledge of IT services, software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, frontend & backend development. • Communication Skills: Excellent client-facing and internal team communication. • Project Documentation Expertise: Strong experience in writing SRS documents and sprint planning. • Team Leadership: Ability to manage cross-functional teams, track progress, and ensure deadlines are met. • Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess client feedback, refine project scope, and maximize business value. ⸻ 📝 Interview Requirements – READ BEFORE APPLYING: Candidates MUST bring the following: 1.
