IT Project Manager

Overview

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, demos and retrospectives as the Scrum Master.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile practices and principles.
• Collect and report scrum metrics.
• Remove impediments and ensure the team is focused on delivering value.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets as the Program Manager.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across projects.
• Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and product quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master and Program Manager in an Agile environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.
• Experience leading teams that develop platforms and tools and secure software.
• Ability to work across functions and collaborate with different departments.
• Ability to work with US teams and have schedule flexibility for US meetings.
