🚀 READ THE JOB POST BEFORE APPLYING – Upwork Bidder (Full-Time, On-Site – North Delhi) We are looking for an experienced Upwork Bidder with a minimum of 2 years of experience in bidding for IT services and digital marketing projects. This is a full-time, on-site position based in North Delhi. 📌 Job Details: • Location: On-site, North Delhi • Working Hours: 12 PM IST – 8 PM IST • Working Days: Monday to Saturday • Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of Upwork bidding experience (STRICT REQUIREMENT) • Communication Skills: Minimum 4.5/5 rating • Target: At least 2 replies per week from potential clients 🎯 Responsibilities: • Writing and submitting high-quality proposals for IT services and digital marketing projects • Researching client needs and tailoring proposals accordingly • Handling initial client communication and scheduling calls with the sales team • Responsible for 3-5 conversions per month • Fresh Upwork ID will be provided; no existing account will be used • Completing a practical test to assess proposal sending speed during the interview ⸻ 📝 Interview Requirements: Applicants must be prepared to present the following during the interview: • Existing Profiles: Provide examples of profiles you have managed • Cover Letters: Share samples of cover letters you have sent on Upwork • Bidding & Conversion Approach: Clarify whether you focus solely on bidding or also manage conversions • Proposal Speed Test: You will be given a job bid to demonstrate your proposal sending speed ⸻ ✅ Ideal Candidate: • Must have at least 2 years of hands-on Upwork bidding experience – this is non-negotiable • Proven record of handling profiles, drafting compelling cover letters, and converting proposals into projects • Strong communication and persuasive writing skills (rated 4.5/5 and above) • Ability to generate high-quality leads in IT services and digital marketing Industry IT Services and IT Consulting Employment Type Full-time 📩 Apply only if you meet all the requirements and are ready to provide the requested documentation during the interview.
