· 10+ years of experience in varying IT roles with 5+ years of experience in a managing role including team management and operations management
· 3+ years of experience in apparel sourcing or retail supply chain environment
· Experience in managing or supporting large and complex IT projects
· Have an experience in managing ERP or other enterprise class applications from both day to day
· Experience in working with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
· Understand IT applications life cycle, Software Development Life Cycle and IT test management processes
· Have experience in managing a team of technical development resources with varying experience levels and remote management
· Strong written and verbal communication
· Strong relationship building skills
· Ability to work cross-functionally and globally
· Detail oriented with strong multi-tasking skills
· Experience with Microsoft technologies is a plus
