IT Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Professional Soft-Tech, you will be responsible for leading and delivering ERP implementation and enhancement projects. Your role will involve managing end-to-end ERP projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and driving digital transformation. Key Responsibilities: - Lead ERP project planning, execution, and delivery across multiple clients and industries. - Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. - Manage cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and QA professionals. - Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets to ensure successful delivery. - Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and ensure quality standards. - Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams. - Prepare project documentation, status reports, and post-implementation reviews. - Ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance with industry standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field. - Proven track record of successful ERP implementations. - Strong understanding of ERP modules like Finance, HR, Inventory, and CRM. - Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills. - Proficiency in project management tools. - Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
