SUMMARY

Summary

We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our technology hub in Mumbai, India. As a key member of our global technology team, you will be responsible for delivering seamless IT solutions that support our extensive worldwide operations. With a strong track record of delivering IT projects in a large, complex environment, you will play a crucial role in driving our global technology strategy. If you have excellent communication skills, strong experience in end-to-end IT Project Management, and a proven ability to plan, budget, and schedule projects, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities

Manage IT projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including project sponsors, team members, and external vendors
Apply Agile methodologies and SDLC principles to drive project success
Plan, budget, scope, cost, and schedule projects to ensure alignment with business objectives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks
Develop and implement project management plans, including resource allocation and project timelines

Requirements

Requirements:

10-15 years of experience in IT Project Management, with a strong track record of delivering projects in a large, complex environment
Proven experience as a PM, with a minimum of 8 years of experience
University or technical college degree with a focus on insurance, business informatics, computer science, or a related field
Strong understanding and knowledge of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
Excellent project planning, budget, scoping, costing, and scheduling ability
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Experience in Agile methodologies and SDLC principles
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
