IT Project Coordinator

The IT Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects. This role ensures projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget by coordinating tasks, resources, and communication among stakeholders.

Job Description

• Must have experience in a IT project management role(in service industry)
• Liaising with clients to identify and define IT requirements, scope, and objectives
• Should have strong technical knowledge e.g Web Development
• Experience in Wordpress, Laravel, PHP, Shopify, Node, React (Any One or Two)
• Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
• Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks
• Experience managing technical Team.

Requirements:

• Experience in IT project coordination/Management or Software Development..
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Understanding of IT project management methodologies and IT tools
• Bachelor's degree in IT or a related field (preferred)
• Proficiency with related software tools including but not limited to Project Manager.com, JIRA, MS Excel, etc.
• Expert in Agile and Scrum methodologies preferable.
• Able to review and define coding structure (not compulsory)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹156,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
