We are looking for a motivated and skilled Online Bidder with hands-on experience in bidding on Freelancer.com to help expand our client base and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the IT services industry , excellent proposal writing skills, and a consistent track record of winning bids and building client relationships. Exp: 1 to 3yrs Key Responsibilities: Identify and bid on relevant IT service projects on Freelancer.com. Prepare customized, high-quality proposals and cover letters. Communicate with potential clients to clarify project requirements and pitch services effectively. Maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business. Collaborate with technical teams to prepare estimates and project plans when required. Track bid performance and optimize strategies for higher conversion rates. Requirements: Proven experience in online bidding, specifically on Freelancer.com. In-depth knowledge of IT services (web development, app development, digital marketing, etc.). Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to craft compelling proposals tailored to client needs. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently. Preferred: Familiarity with other bidding platforms like Upwork, Guru, or Fiverr is a plus. Previous experience in a similar role within an IT company.
