IT Operations Manager

As an IT Operations Manager at Arcesium, you will play a crucial role in supervising and managing a team of Specialists to ensure day-to-day operations meet Service Level Agreements with optimal quality and service. Your responsibilities will include: - Supervising and managing a team of Specialists to oversee operations and ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements - Demonstrating proficiency in operations procedures, proactive communication, and defining performance metrics for processes and individuals - Maintaining effective working relationships, high morale, and productivity within the team - Providing guidance and support to stakeholders and resolving escalated issues - Leading and managing projects by setting timelines, defining deliverables, and ensuring alignment with business objectives - Analyzing reports and data to assess productivity levels, identify root causes for underperformance, and develop customized reporting for operational metrics - Coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring progress, addressing risks, and ensuring successful project completion within scope, budget, and deadlines Qualifications required for this role include: - More than five years of experience, preferably in a technology or financial firm - Excellent computer skills, organizational skills, and proven experience as an IT Operations Manager - Experience in project management for enterprise product implementation - Knowledge of system and application installations, configuration, and analysis - Understanding of policy, planning, and strategy, with a fair understanding of Windows platform and Cloud platforms like Azure - Strong knowledge of designing and implementing office technical infrastructure - Proficiency in OS management and network administration, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and switching - Experience with Azure infrastructure, including Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Active Directory, Azure Networking, and Azure Security - Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team - Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Cisco Certified Network Associate are a plus - Ability to oversee inventory requirements, forecast hardware purchases, outstanding communication, leadership, organizational skills, and problem-solving aptitude - Self-starter with a structured, action-oriented approach, sense of urgency, deadline-oriented, and ability to lead a team Join Arcesium's Corporate Technology team in Gurugram and contribute meaningfully from day one to accelerate your professional development in the dynamic field of financial technology.,
