About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and versatile IT and Operations manager to oversee all IT operations within our organisation and use cloud based software to set up Operations to improve the business. This is an exciting opportunity for a tech-savvy individual eager to take ownership of the company’s IT environment, support our team UK based team, and contribute to the smooth running and growth of our Mohali office.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and configure computer networks, hardware, software, and firewalls for new employees.
• Assist with operations using cloud based systems.
• Manage user onboarding, including timecards, shared folders, and access permissions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design, develop, and deploy efficient solutions.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant channels.
• Serve as the first point of contact for all IT and software-related issues, providing responsive support and resolution.
• Maintaining company website including updating, troubleshooting and creating new pages.
• Perform other IT/Operations related tasks as required.

About You

The ideal candidate is proactive, organised, and eager to learn. You should be passionate about technology and capable of independently solving problems while keeping systems secure and efficient.

You will:

• Be confident in self-learning and mastering new software applications independantly.
• Be able to set up hardware and software independently.
• Have good knowledge of IT related systems, processes and set up
• Have basic SEO knowledge
• Be able to prioritise tasks, manage timelines
• Possess a solid understanding of in-house computer networks and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical users.
• Strong understanding of web technologies, APIs, and cloud-based systems.
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–5 years’ experience in IT operations

Monday to Saturday

Permanent (after 3 month trial basis)

Location: Mohali Office (In Person)

Salary: 30,000-50,000 Indian rupees per month.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
