IT Operations Manager

As an IT Manager Operations, your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth execution of operations within the assigned district in Bihar. You will act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the project, operating primarily from the central office while also traveling to field locations as required. Your daily reporting will be to the Assistant Project Manager or other designated company officials. Your key responsibilities will include: - Overseeing all operational activities within the district to ensure efficient functioning. - Coordinating and monitoring a team of 10-15 field staff for the successful execution of operations. - Liaising with the District Manager of the respective department to facilitate seamless field operations. - Ensuring the satisfactory performance of all team members and addressing technical issues promptly. - Conducting training sessions for officials and field staff on software usage and providing support for user queries. - Reporting any technical issues to the Help Desk at the Central Office and upholding integrity and ethical standards. To qualify for this position, you should have: - Educational Qualifications: BE/BTech/B.Sc./BCA/MCA in Computer Science/PGDCA. - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in IT operations or project coordination.
