Key Responsibilities1. ERP / SAP Support

· Provide day-to-day support for ERP systems (SAP B1 or other ERP).

· Assist users with transaction issues, data entry, and basic troubleshooting.

· Support master data updates as per authorization.

· Coordinate with seniors or consultants for system issues and changes.

2. Data Processing & Reporting

· Ensure timely and accurate data entry and data processing in ERP systems.

· Generate routine MIS reports for departments as required.

· Maintain data accuracy and consistency across systems.

3. Hardware & Networking Support

· Basic maintenance and support of desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and peripherals.

· Assist in LAN/WAN connectivity and network troubleshooting.

· Coordinate with vendors for hardware service and repairs.

4. IT Security & Systems

· Assist in monitoring antivirus, firewall (e.g., Sophos), and endpoint security.

· Support regular data backup activities (NAS / server backups).

· Follow IT security policies and access control procedures.

5. CCTV & Surveillance Support

· Assist in basic monitoring and maintenance of CCTV camera systems.

· Coordinate with vendors for CCTV issues and maintenance.

· Support retrieval of footage as per authorization.

6. IT Inventory & Asset Management

· Maintain records of IT assets and inventory.

· Assist in tagging, tracking, and periodic verification of IT equipment.

· Coordinate with Purchase and Accounts for IT-related procurements.

7. Documentation & Compliance

· Maintain IT-related logs, records, and documentation.

· Assist in internal and external audits related to IT and data integrity.

· Follow SOPs, policies, and compliance requirements.

Educational Qualification

· Graduate in Computer Science / IT / BCA / B.Sc (IT) or equivalent.

Experience

· 1–3 years of experience in EDP / IT support / ERP operations.

Skills & Competencies

· Basic knowledge of ERP / SAP B1

· Understanding of IT hardware and networking

· Familiarity with data backup and IT security practices (added advantage)

· Good communication and coordination skills

· Willingness to learn and support cross-functional teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
