Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, etc.).
Manage and troubleshoot network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and firewalls.
Monitor network performance and ensure system availability and reliability.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, network, and basic software issues.
Manage user accounts, access rights, and basic security controls.
Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and asset records.
Ensure data backup, recovery, and basic cybersecurity practices.
Support implementation of new IT systems and technologies.

Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN).

Preferred candidate profile

3-5 years of experience in IT support, hardware, and networking.
