Provide IT infrastructure support (hardware & software).
Implement and manage servers, networks, and system configurations.
Handle software implementation and troubleshooting.
Create and manage domain policies, users, and Windows policies.
Configure and manage Microsoft 365 / Outlook accounts (archival, repair, backup).
Manage data backups on disk and cloud using backup software.
Monitor and manage firewalls, routers, MPLS, and internet leased lines.
Oversee antivirus, security systems, CCTV, and patch management.
Track IT assets, AMC renewals, and software licenses.
Manage Zoom and Teams meetings and provide user support.
Ensure compliance during IT audits.
Exposure to ERP systems and SQL databases is an added advantage.
B.Tech / M.Tech / B.Sc with relevant IT certifications.
Experience in managing IT infrastructure, networking, and software troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and network management.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
