Job Description
The key responsibilities shall comprise:
1. Provide L-1 technical support to end users for Laptop, Desktop, Printers, Scanners and other IT Assets.
2. Configure and manage basic network devices such as routers, switches and Wi-Fi Access points.
3. Manage ILL, LAN/WAN issues, internet outages, and Wi-Fi problems in coordination with network teams.
4. Coordinate with ISPs and internal network teams to resolve link failures.
5. Provide remote and on-site support to branch offices and field teams using various tools.
6. Configure and provide support on email services (ZOHO, G-suite) and Email clients like Outlook and thunderbird.
7. Knowledge of Ubuntu and Windows Operating System installation, configure and troubleshooting.
8. Install, Configure and troubleshooting Libra, WPS and MS -Office in both ubuntu and Windows OS.
9. Maintain ticket logs and ensure timely resolution within defined SLAs using ticketing system.
10. Maintain Inventory of IT Assets.
11. Coordinate with vendors and field staff to resolve IT infrastructure issues at branches or remote locations.
12. Perform periodic system updates, antivirus installation, and OS upgradation/patching.
13. Support new branch setups including hardware provisioning and basic networking.
14. Provide support for CCTV installation and troubleshooting.
