Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Preparation and revision of IT SOPs.
To assign the identification number and maintain the list of computer system as per SOP IT003.
To assign group policy applied to computer system.
New user id (Domain ID) creation / activation / deactivation.
Arrange new computer system as per user requirement specification.
Perform installation of computer hardware, configuration of operating systems and software, network device installation configuration, and monitoring networks.
Prepare the periodic review and preventive maintenance schedule of computer system as per SOP IT005.
Troubleshooting computer system and network problems and solving faults.

Preferred candidate profile

To take backup of electronic data as per schedule, file server backup, perform weekly NAS, HOT and COLD backup activity, perform monthly data backup activity, perform data restoration activity as per data restoration scheduled.
Set and implement disaster management plan.
Monitor and maintain server room temperature as per SOP IT007.
To perform data backup activity of PLC / HMI / SCADA as per SOP IT009
To solve the ERP related issue with the help of vendor.
Day to day monitoring of network usage.
Installation, monitoring and resolve CCTV related issues with the help of vendor.
New mail id creation for internet access and email service.

9. To monitor firewall for better connectivity.
