What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Overseeing Windows end-user support operations to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
  • Driving strategic discussions to optimize Windows processes and enhance Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Managing unified communication systems, including Zoom AV solutions, to support seamless interdepartmental collaboration.
  • Implementing and maintaining automation processes to boost productivity and accuracy across IT functions.
  • Leading IT projects from inception through completion, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timelines.
  • Guiding and mentoring the IT support team to consistently meet Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR) and ticket SLAs.
  • Building and nurturing strong relationships with stakeholders, team members, and cross-functional partners.
  • Conducting training programs to educate users on basic and specialized applications, enhancing digital literacy.

What You’ll Need:

  • 8-12 years of experience managing Windows end-user support and unified communication systems (Zoom AV solutions).
  • Expertise in AD, DHCP, MS O365; Remedy & SharePoint workflow knowledge is mandatory.
  • Experience with Power BI, PowerShell automation, and IT project management.
  • Strong understanding of SLAs, process optimization, and service delivery metrics.
  • Proven track record of implementing automation and leading complex IT initiatives.
