Job Description

Overseeing Windows end-user support operations to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.
Driving strategic discussions to optimize Windows processes and enhance Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Managing unified communication systems, including Zoom AV solutions, to support seamless interdepartmental collaboration.
Implementing and maintaining automation processes to boost productivity and accuracy across IT functions.
Leading IT projects from inception through completion, ensuring alignment with scope, budget, and timelines.
Guiding and mentoring the IT support team to consistently meet Mean Time to Resolution (MTTR) and ticket SLAs.
Building and nurturing strong relationships with stakeholders, team members, and cross-functional partners.
Conducting training programs to educate users on basic and specialized applications, enhancing digital literacy.

What You ll Need:

8-12 years of experience managing Windows end-user support and unified communication systems (Zoom AV solutions).
Expertise in AD, DHCP, MS O365; Remedy & SharePoint workflow knowledge is mandatory.
Experience with Power BI, PowerShell automation, and IT project management.
Strong understanding of SLAs, process optimization, and service delivery metrics.
Proven track record of implementing automation and leading complex IT initiatives.
