IT Manager Operations & Infrastructure

The IT Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth IT operations, managing hardware/software assets, handling escalations, and setting up office IT equipment from the ground up. You will play a key role in maintaining system security, optimizing costs, and ensuring employees across all offices receive efficient IT support.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Operations & Support

• Oversee daily IT operations across Mumbai, Dubai, and Singapore offices.
• Handle IT service requests, troubleshooting, and escalations.
• Ensure timely resolution of IT issues in line with SLAs.
• Provide support for system updates, downtimes, and scheduled maintenance.

Infrastructure & Asset Management

• Procure laptops, desktops, and IT equipment with a focus on cost optimization.
• Set up office IT infrastructure from scratch, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
• Manage hardware assets including PCs, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Ensure systems are updated with latest patches and security protocols.

Technical Skill Sets

• Expertise in Windows and hands-on experience with Microsoft Office Suite 365 administration and support.

• Strong knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls).
• Strong troubleshooting and RCA skills for hardware, software, and network issues.

Education & Experience

• Bachelors in Information Technology / Computer Science.
• 3 - 8 years of IT support/helpdesk/infrastructure experience.
• Proven experience in office IT administration and handling escalated technical issues.

• Strong problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Experience in procurement of laptops and IT equipment with cost optimization.
