Roles & Responsibilities

Infrastructure Management & Operations

• Manage and maintain TruKKers

  IT infrastructure

  across on-premise, cloud, and hybrid environments, ensuring

  high availability, performance, and security

  .
• Oversee

  network infrastructure

  (WAN/LAN, firewalls, VPNs), ensuring seamless connectivity across regional and global offices.
• Supervise

  data center operations

  , backup systems, and disaster recovery (DR) readiness across all geographies.
• Drive

  IT operations excellence

  through incident, problem, and change-management processes following ITIL best practices.
• Ensure compliance with

  global standards for backup, network, and server management

  .

Cloud, Automation & DevOps Collaboration

• Partner with

  Product, Tech, and DevOps teams

  to design and deploy

  cloud-based infrastructure (AWS / Azure)

  that supports scalable application delivery.
• Integrate

  automation and monitoring tools

  to improve system uptime and reduce manual interventions.
• Support DevOps pipelines by ensuring consistent environment availability and performance for deployments.
  

Asset Management & Cost Optimization

• Take ownership of

  global IT asset management

  — including hardware, software licenses, and cloud subscriptions.
• Develop and manage the

  annual IT budget

  , ensuring effective allocation and utilization of resources.
• Continuously identify and implement

  cost optimization measures

  across vendors, tools, and infrastructure without compromising performance or security.
• Track infrastructure expenses and partner with Finance to ensure

  cost transparency and ROI tracking

  .

Security & Compliance

• Implement and enforce security controls aligned with TruKKer’s

  ISO 27001 / SOC 2 / GDPR

  frameworks.
• Ensure consistent

  backup, recovery, and access management

  policies across all entities.
• Collaborate with the Information Security team to ensure

  threat detection, vulnerability patching, and data protection

  .

Project & Vendor Management

• Lead key infrastructure projects including new office setups, cloud migrations, system upgrades, and network expansions.
• Manage vendor partnerships and SLAs for hardware, software, and service providers — ensuring both

  performance and cost efficiency

  .
• Maintain documentation, standards, and governance across all IT systems and processes.
  

People & Collaboration

• Build, mentor, and guide a small but high-performing IT support team.
• Foster collaboration across departments to ensure IT aligns with business goals.
• Promote a culture of accountability, efficiency, and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

  .

• 8–12 years

  of progressive experience in

  IT infrastructure management, cloud operations, and IT governance

  , preferably in global or high-growth tech environments.
• Proven experience in

  AWS / Azure cloud

  ,

  network architecture (Cisco/Fortinet)

  ,

  server virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)

  , and

  IT asset lifecycle management

  .
• Demonstrated success in

  budget management

  and

  infrastructure cost optimization

  .
• Certifications preferred:

  AWS Solutions Architect, CCNP, ITIL v4, MCSE, CISM, or equivalent

  .

Technical Skills

• Cloud Management (AWS / Azure)
• Networking, VPNs, Firewalls, and Load Balancers
• Windows / Linux Server Administration
• O365 / Active Directory / Intune / SSO
• Backup & Disaster Recovery (Veeam / Acronis)
• Cybersecurity Tools (EDR, SIEM, MDM)
• PowerShell / Python automation knowledge (preferred)
