Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or industrial systems. Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and identify solutions quickly Brief Responsibilities ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ Process Design and Optimization: Developing, improving, and scaling processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure safety and environmental compliance. Project Management: Leading and managing process engineering projects, from conception through implementation, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Troubleshooting: Identifying and solving problems in existing processes, equipment, or systems to enhance performance or resolve production issues.
