Previous experience Module Line Process ¢ ¢ ¢ Familiarity with SAP/Preparing Weekly reports/ Process gap data analysis report with action Plan. Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, or industrial systems. Problem Solving: Ability to troubleshoot complex systems and identify solutions quickly Brief Responsibilities ¢ ¢ ¢ ¢ Process Design and Optimization: Developing, improving, and scaling processes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure safety and environmental compliance. Project Management: Leading and managing process engineering projects, from conception through implementation, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation. Troubleshooting: Identifying and solving problems in existing processes, equipment, or systems to enhance performance or resolve production issues. Collaboration: Working closely with other departments, including production, maintenance, and quality assurance, to ensure processes meet company goals and standards. ¢ ¢ Safety and Compliance: Ensuring processes adhere to safety, quality, and environmental standards, and identifying ways to mitigate risks. Data Analysis: Using tools like process simulations, control systems, and data analysis techniques to evaluate and improve process performance.
