Job Description

As a Process Engineer with expertise in hydroprocessing technologies, you will have the opportunity to be part of an international process design team dedicated to clean fuel and hydroprocessing plants globally. Your responsibilities will include: - Ensuring high-quality execution and timely delivery of design documents such as process simulation, PFD, MSD, PIDs, process control philosophy, equipment specifications, and instrument inputs and manuals. - Providing support to customers on-site during PID review, HAZOP, operator training, and start-ups. - Handling technical queries from clients during and after project execution. - Coordinating project activities with internal and external stakeholders. - Collaborating cross-functionally during project execution and on-site activities. - Mentoring and training colleagues globally. - Facilitating knowledge sharing and lessons learned. - Contributing to the optimization of workflows and development activities. The qualifications required for this role include: - A degree in Chemical Engineering with a minimum of 8 years of process design experience in hydroprocessing or other refinery technologies. - Experience in start-ups and/or plant operation, with specific expertise in hydroprocessing. - Expertise in process design, plant operation, and process simulation for hydroprocessing or other refinery technologies. - Good knowledge of developing new process design and layouts. - Strong understanding of detailed engineering discipline and requirements. - Excellent communication skills and the ability to work within a multicultural team.
