What will you Do?

We are seeking a technically proficient and strategically minded IT Infrastructure Manager to lead and manage enterprise-level services including Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and associated applications such as OceanFax. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in managing identity and access, collaboration platforms, secure communication systems, and audit/compliance processes, while also providing leadership and direction to the infrastructure team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Technical Leadership:

• Lead the design, implementation, and support of Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, and Intune.
• Manage and maintain Active Directory infrastructure including Group Policies, DNS, DHCP, and domain controllers.
• Oversee integration and support of enterprise applications such as OceanFax and other communication tools.

• Identity & Access Management:

• Ensure secure and efficient identity lifecycle management using Azure AD and on-prem AD.
• Implement and manage Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and conditional access policies.

• Audit & Compliance:

• Lead internal and external IT audits related to infrastructure, identity, and access controls.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as ISO, GDPR, HIPAA, or organization-specific policies.
• Maintain audit trails, access logs, and system documentation to support audit readiness.
• Collaborate with security and compliance teams to implement and monitor controls.

• Operational Excellence:

• Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity planning for M365 and AD environments.
• Lead incident response and root cause analysis for infrastructure-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and regulatory requirements.

• Project Management & Collaboration:

• Drive infrastructure projects including migrations, upgrades, and integrations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business needs and improve service delivery.
• Manage vendor relationships and service contracts related to infrastructure tools and platforms.

• Documentation & Reporting:

• Maintain accurate documentation of system configurations, procedures, policies, and audit findings.

What makes you a Great Fit?

• Proven experience managing Microsoft 365 environments and Active Directory infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of Azure AD, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, and Intune.
• Experience with enterprise fax solutions such as OceanFax or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and administration.
• Familiarity with hybrid cloud environments and identity synchronization (Azure AD Connect).
• Experience in managing IT audits and implementing compliance controls.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
