Job Description

About the Role:

IT Help Desk Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the first point of contact for employees seeking IT support via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system.
Troubleshoot and resolve
hardware, software, and network issues
for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices.
Install, configure, and support
operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux)
and company-approved software applications.
Manage
user accounts, passwords, and access permissions
through Active Directory, Microsoft 365, or other systems.
Assist in
onboarding and offboarding
employees with proper system setup and account provisioning.
Escalate unresolved issues to Tier 2/Tier 3 or specialized IT teams as necessary.
Document all support requests, solutions, and system changes in the
IT ticketing system
.
Maintain and update IT asset inventories (hardware, software licenses, peripherals).
Support
remote users and VPN connectivity
.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications such as
CompTIA A+, Network+, ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator
.
Experience with
remote desktop tools
(e.g., AnyDesk, TeamViewer, Remote Desktop Connection).
Familiarity with
endpoint security tools
(antivirus, MDM, patch management).
Experience in a
hybrid or remote support environment
.
Exposure to
SCCM, Intune, or JAMF
for device management.
