Note:

We are hiring Field Sales Executives to expand our market presence. The role involves meeting potential customers, promoting our products/services, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and engage with potential customers in the assigned territory
Conduct field visits to generate leads and close sales deals
Demonstrate product benefits and assist customers in making informed decisions
Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth
Prepare daily/weekly reports on sales performance
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for better execution

Requirements:

Education: Only Btech
Experience: 0-4 years in sales (Freshers with a passion for sales are welcome)
Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Willingness to travel extensively within the city
Basic knowledge of local markets and customer behavior
