Job Summary:

IT Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Support:
Provide hardware, software, and network support to retail stores and the head office.
System Maintenance:
Install, configure, and troubleshoot POS systems, desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
Network Management:
Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN connectivity, firewalls, and VPN connections between stores and the central server.
Data & Backup:
Ensure timely data backup, antivirus updates, and security compliance across systems.
Retail Application Support:
Troubleshoot and maintain retail management systems, billing software, and ERP tools.
Asset Management:
Maintain an updated inventory of IT assets and coordinate with vendors for procurement and AMC renewals.
User Training:
Assist store staff in basic IT operations, including POS usage and troubleshooting common issues.
Coordination:
Work closely with internal departments and external vendors for IT project implementation and issue resolution.

Key Skills & Requirements:

Bachelors degree in
Computer Science
,
Information Technology
, or a related field.
2–4 years of IT support experience in the
retail or multi-location environment
.
Strong knowledge of
Windows OS
,
MS Office
,
networking
,
routers
,
switches
, and
firewalls
.
Familiarity with
POS systems
and
ERP software
(Retail Pro, Tally, or equivalent).
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple support requests efficiently.
