1 Responsible for Data Protection, Backup and Security Systems including Fire Wall
2 Responsible for all software available and in used and its maintenance
3 Establish Proper Networking System and its day to day Maintenance
4 Responsible for all IT related Assets Management , Assets recordkeeping and its management
5 Responsible for Purchase of any new software with at competitive prices
6 Responsible to make sure all software are in proper & Effective use
7 Daily , Weekly , Monthly Data backup system to establish and its Maintain it for all Department
8 Responsible for training of all employees related to ERP and other software and Hardware for their effective use.
9 Organize periodic training if any new changes in ERP and other software.
10 Should be adaptive towards good practices, taking the leadership & maintain team-work
11 Give proper response to each employee in case of any query.
