1. IT Support & Troubleshooting
Provide first-level and second-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and related peripherals.
Respond to user queries through calls, emails, or ticketing systems.
2. System & Network Management
Manage and monitor LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi networks, firewalls, and switches.
Ensure network connectivity, performance, and security.

3. Software Installation & Maintenance
Install and update operating systems, applications, and security patches.
Manage user accounts, access controls, and permissions.
Ensure software license compliance across the organization.
4. IT Asset & Inventory Management
Maintain records of IT equipment, licenses, and warranties.
Coordinate procurement and replacement of IT hardware.
Monitor lifecycle and plan for upgrades.
5. Security & Data Protection
Implement cybersecurity measures and ensure antivirus protection.
Monitor and report potential vulnerabilities or security incidents.
Support compliance with data protection and IT security policies.
