Job Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Executive (Fresher) to join our IT team. The ideal candidate should have basic technical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and a strong desire to learn and grow in a professional IT environment. Key Responsibilities: · Assist in installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware, software, and networking equipment. · Provide first-level technical support to employees for system-related issues (Windows, printers, internet, email, etc.). · Troubleshoot basic hardware and software problems. · Monitor system performance and ensure systems are running efficiently. · Support in maintaining inventory of IT assets and licenses. · Assist in user account management (email setup, password reset, permissions, etc.). · Coordinate with vendors for IT equipment and support services. · Follow IT policies and ensure system security and data protection standards. · Document issues and resolutions for future reference. Required Skills & Qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field. · Basic understanding of Windows OS, networking, and system troubleshooting. · Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools. · Good communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to work independently and as part of a team. · Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Preferred (Not Mandatory): · Internship or academic project experience in IT support or system administration. · Basic knowledge of ticketing tools or helpdesk systems.
