Design, execute and monitor trainings for Cluster Trainers (CTs) Support Cluster Trainers in designing and executing trainings for teachers at the block level. Ensure utmost quality of training and provide feedback for improvement to the team as needed. Introduce new and innovative training initiatives to the program. Track and record the academic content progress throughout the academic year (Direct and PartnerInterventions) Develop training materials (presentation, activities, and worksheets) for the program. Provide quarterly updates to partner organizations about content and training progress at their clusters. Visit ITP locations to observe trainings (may also be required to conduct trainings) and conduct schoolvisits to verify the quality of the program.
