Organization: The Organisation Harley’s Fine Baking (https://www.harleys.com/), is a European style patisserie (premium cake selling company) created by an IIM professor to disrupt the cake and coffee market, established to spread bonafide taste of the streets of Manhattan across the world. Brought into the world from a love for baking, the desire to create a meeting place that serves delicious food with a warm rustic environment. The Organization offers a full scope of Breads, morning merchandise, cakes, baked and savoury goods. Currently the team size is of about 200+ people with more than 15 outlets across Hyderabad, along with a plan of opening 100 new outlets across Mumbai, Goa, Vijayawada, Bangalore, Chennai scaling up to 1000+ people over the next year.

Designation: IT & ERP Manager (Retail & F&B Systems)

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, Microsoft, AWS, Odoo ERP) preferred.

Certifications (if any)

• ITIL Foundation / PMP (desirable)
• Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace administration certification
• Cloud certifications (AWS / Azure)
• Cybersecurity certifications (CISM, CISSP, CompTIA Security+) – preferred but not mandatory

Experience: Minimum 5+ years in IT Management with at least 2+ years in a leadership or managerial role, preferably within retail or food & beverage industry.

Job Profile: We are seeking a hands-on and strategic IT & ERP Manager to lead our IT function and ensure seamless technology operations across corporate, retail, and warehouse environments. The role will oversee IT infrastructure, ERP (Odoo or similar), POS systems, cybersecurity, and vendor management, while driving digital transformation initiatives that align with business growth.

Job Responsibilities:

• IT Strategy & Leadership: Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with company objectives. Lead and mentor an IT team of 2–3 members.
• Infrastructure & Operations: Manage POS systems, ERP (Odoo), network/server infrastructure, cloud services, and enterprise applications.
• Application & Systems Management: Oversee ERP administration, integrations with eCommerce, logistics, and payment systems.
• Retail Technology: Ensure smooth POS operations, transaction monitoring, and synchronization with backend systems.
• Cybersecurity & Compliance: Implement IT security policies, manage risk, and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
• Support & Helpdesk: Oversee IT support for ~100 users, ensuring timely resolution with SLAs.
• Vendor & Budget Management: Manage IT vendors, service providers, contracts, and budgets effectively.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of POS systems and ERP platforms (preferably Odoo v13+)
• Expertise in IT infrastructure: networking, firewalls, VPN, Wi-Fi, servers (on-prem & cloud)
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace administration
• Experience with data backup, recovery, and business continuity planning
• Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Desired Skills:

• Experience in retail / food & beverage IT environments
• Basic scripting/development (Python, SQL)
• Cloud platform expertise (AWS / Azure)
