The Environment Manager oversees IT environments across production and non-production systems, ensuring they are stable, secure, and fit for use. The role involves managing environment issues, coordinating maintenance, and supporting testing, patching, and infrastructure activities.
Manage and resolve environment issues for production and test systems.
Support testing, releases, and disaster recovery activities.
Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to maintain environment stability.
Oversee patching, capacity, and vulnerability management.
Maintain environment documentation and service reports.
Manage user and service accounts, passwords, and batch monitoring.
Ensure compliance and perform regular system checks.
Experience in IT environment management or infrastructure support.
Knowledge of patching, capacity, and vulnerability management.
Familiar with ServiceNow, JIRA, and CyberArk.
Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
Customer-focused with good incident management experience.
