Job Description: Role Overview: As the Environment Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing IT environments across production and non-production systems. Your main focus will be to ensure that the environments are stable, secure, and fit for use. This role involves managing environment issues, coordinating maintenance activities, and providing support for testing, patching, and infrastructure tasks. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and resolve environment issues for both production and test systems. - Provide support for testing, releases, and disaster recovery activities. - Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to maintain environment stability. - Oversee patching, capacity, and vulnerability management processes. - Maintain documentation related to the environment and service reports. - Manage user and service accounts, passwords, and batch monitoring. - Ensure compliance with regulations and perform regular system checks. Qualifications Required: - Experience in IT environment management or infrastructure support. - Knowledge of patching, capacity, and vulnerability management. - Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, JIRA, and CyberArk. - Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities. - Customer-focused mindset with incident management experience.
