ROLE: IT - Associate

JOB SUMMARY: Reporting to the IT Head and working with staff within the team and cross

functional team.

Exp. Required: 3–4 years of experience in IT infrastructure and CCTV

Education – Diploma-IT, BCA, B.Tech

Job Description:

· Installation and Configuration: Set up and configure a wide range of computer hardware,

including desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and network devices (such as switches and routers), ensuring all components are optimised for use within the company's IT infrastructure.

· System and Network Monitoring: Continuously monitor and maintain the health and performance of computer systems, local area networks (LAN), wide area networks (WAN), and other critical network resources, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime.

· Service Support and Response: Respond to service requests and technical issues in a prompt and efficient manner, providing solutions either in person or via remote support channels (e.g., phone, email, remote desktop tools).

· Technical Support: Offer end-to-end support to company employees across all departments, resolving issues related to hardware, software, network connectivity, and systems, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

· User Account Management: Set up and configure user accounts, ensuring access to necessary systems and applications, and enforce security protocols to protect sensitive company information.

· Hardware Repairs and Replacements: Diagnose and repair hardware issues for laptops, desktops, and other devices as required. Replace damaged or obsolete components to maintain optimal functionality.

· Technology Testing and Implementation: Test and evaluate new technology solutions to improve business processes, ensuring compatibility with existing systems and meeting organizational needs.

· Virus Protection and Software Management: Maintain, configure, and regularly update virus protection software and email applications to ensure all systems are secure against potential threats and vulnerabilities.

· LAN and WAN Experience: Leverage your expertise in local area networks (LAN) and wide

area networks (WAN) to troubleshoot connectivity issues, optimize network performance, and ensure reliable communication channels within the company.

· Analytical Problem-Solving: Apply strong analytical skills to quickly diagnose and resolve

hardware, software, and network issues, minimizing disruptions to workflow and system

availability.

· CCTV Maintenance and Repair: Manage the installation, configuration, and repair of CCTV

security systems, ensuring high-quality surveillance footage and maintaining system reliability.

· Wi-Fi Router Setup and Troubleshooting: Install and configure Wi-Fi routers, troubleshoot

connectivity problems, and ensure consistent wireless performance throughout the organization’s premises.

Required Skills:

· Hardware and Networking: Proficient in troubleshooting and maintaining desktop and server hardware, network switches, routers, firewalls, and other IT infrastructure. Knowledge of networking protocols and technologies such as TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VPNs.

· System Installation and Configuration: Experience in the installation and configuration of both software and hardware across diverse platforms, including desktops, servers, laptops, and smart devices.

· Network Devices and Systems: Hands-on experience with GPON (Gigabit Passive Optical

Network), CCTV systems, intrusion detection and access control systems, audio-visual setups, and automation technologies.

· Device Management: Skilled in managing and maintaining a wide range of devices, including desktops, laptops, servers, and mobile devices, ensuring efficient use of all company equipment.

· Brand Expertise: Expertise in handling devices and systems from leading manufacturers such as IBM, HP, Dell, and Apple (e.g., iMac computers and other Apple devices), ensuring proper setup and maintenance.

· Security Systems: Knowledge of security systems like CCTV, intrusion, and access control,

ensuring all security measures are up-to-date and functional to safeguard company premises and data.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
