We are hiring IT Engineer for Chennai Corporate office.

Industry - TPA / Health Insurance

Role - Senior IT Engineer

Experience - 5 to 7 Years

CTC - 5 to 6 LPA

Preference - Immediate Joiner

Roles & Responsibilities

· Has 5 to 7 years of experience managing IT Infrastructure on both Cloud and On-Premises

· Should have experience in administering Windows Server, DNS & Active Directory

· Working knowledge on Firewalls, Switches and Routers

· Should have good understanding of Server technologies and be able to manage both Physical and Virtual Servers

· Responsible for defining Storage requirements and taking back-up of end user devices and servers.

· Be able to suggest cloud-based solutions to bring agility to Infrastructure.

· Must have hands-on experience with setting up O365 tenant and be able to manage the Software licensing based on the available plans.

· Good to have ITIL Foundation Certification

· Should be able to maintain the Hardware and Software required to run the Business operations.

· Should have experience in managing MPLS or SD-WAN networks as it is required to establish connectivity to all branch offices.

· Hands-on experience in using IT Asset Management tool.

· Performs preventive maintenance, test, and repair of equipment.

· Working with Vendors for procuring licenses, warranty support and troubleshooting of IT Systems.
