Link-K Insurance TPA Private Limited, Chennai Industry - Health Insurance / TPA Role - IT Head Experience - 5 to 7 Years CTC - 9 to 12 LPA Preference - Immediate Joiner Roles & Responsibilities - Will act as a Strategic IT partner either on long term or short-term basis to align IT with the company’s business needs. - managing IT staff, including hiring, direct supervision, facilitating collaboration among departments and managing employee concerns and performance. - Act as SPOC to all internal stakeholders for all IT matters - Responsible for Data security – both internal and customer data. - Developing cybersecurity strategy and eliminating security risks and vulnerabilities. - Help with preparing the IT budget for the Financial Year - Identify the leading Software and Hardware vendors available in the market and be able to create a comparative study of the solutions offered. - Help with negotiation and implementation of IT Vendor contracts. - Responsible for drafting the contract with service providers and validating with Legal team. - Ensure the Software meets the Process and Security compliance requirements. - Design IT processes and standards in line with the industry standards. - Create an IT roadmap for future initiatives such as achieving ISO and QMS certifications. - Focus on optimum network performance, security and scalability of applications. - Work closely with the CEO & COO in the organization to gather the requirements and define the quality of the Software products. - Act as an IT spoc to external stakeholders including Insurance companies, Corporates and Brokers.
