Job Description

Job Overview: We are looking for a talented and motivated SEO with 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience as a Digital Marketing Specialist. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase brand awareness. You will work closely with the marketing team to create data-driven digital strategies that align with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Digital Campaign Management: Plan, implement, and manage digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including paid search, SEO, email marketing, social media, content marketing, and display advertising.
  • SEO & SEM: Perform keyword research, develop on-page and off-page SEO strategies, and optimize website content for search engines. Manage Google Ads and other PPC campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Social Media Marketing: Develop and manage content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.). Engage with followers, create paid ad campaigns, and analyze social media performance metrics.
  • Email Marketing: Design, implement, and analyze email marketing campaigns. Work on email automation, segmentation, and A/B testing to optimize performance.
  • Analytics & Reporting: Use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and social media insights to track and report on campaign performance. Analyze trends, and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Content Creation & Strategy: Develop engaging content, including blog posts, infographics, videos, and landing pages, to drive organic traffic and support marketing campaigns.
  • Lead Generation: Create and manage strategies for generating leads and nurturing prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Brand Awareness: Work to build brand presence online through digital channels, and increase brand recognition and loyalty.
  • Collaboration: Work with the marketing, sales, and design teams to align digital strategies with overall business goals.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing (1-2 years) with hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, content marketing, and social media.
  • Strong understanding of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
  • Experience with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot).
  • Proficiency in content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress.
  • Familiarity with paid advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Knowledge of current digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Strong communication and writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
