Key Responsibilities


  • Focus on

    India, UK, and US markets

    for lead generation and sales support.
  • Execute

    cold calling, mass email outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and appointment setting

    .
  • Research accounts, map decision-makers, and maintain an updated prospect database.
  • Work closely with sales & presales teams to convert leads into qualified opportunities.
  • Engage with

    startups, SMBs, and mid-market accounts

    looking for team augmentation, SAAS, Martech, Data & AI, QA, or AI automation services.
  • Report weekly KPIs on calls, emails, meetings set, and pipeline movement.


Requirements


  • 1–3 years of experience in

    inside sales / business development

    for IT, SaaS, or consulting firms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Experience in

    cold calling international clients (UK/US preferred)

    .
  • Comfortable working in a

    target-driven environment

    .
  • Strong research and lead qualification skills.
