About the Role

AI Automation Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Automation Strategy & Design

• Work with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities across business processes.
• Design end-to-end automation workflows leveraging n8n, Make, and other platforms.
• Integrate AI models (OpenAI, Azure AI, Google Vertex, etc.) into workflows for intelligent decision-making.

• Implementation & Development

• Configure, customize, and deploy automation workflows.
• Build connectors/integrations with APIs, databases, and SaaS tools.
• Ensure workflows are scalable, secure, and maintainable.

• Optimization & Maintenance

• Monitor existing automations and improve efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in automation pipelines.
• Apply best practices for version control, documentation, and governance.

• Collaboration & Advisory

• Work closely with business teams to translate requirements into technical automation solutions.
• Provide consultancy on process redesign and AI-driven enhancements.
• Train internal teams on how to use and maintain automation tools.

Skills & Qualifications

• Must Have

• Strong hands-on experience with

  n8n, Make (Integromat), Zapier, or similar automation platforms

  .
• Proficiency in

  API integrations, JSON, Webhooks, REST APIs

  .
• Good understanding of AI/ML APIs (OpenAI, LangChain, etc.) and how to embed them into workflows.
• Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Strong problem-solving and process mapping skills.

• Nice to Have

• Experience with

  Python/JavaScript

  for building custom integrations.
• Familiarity with

  RPA tools (UiPath, Power Automate, etc.)

  .
• Understanding of data pipelines, ETL, and analytics workflows.
• Prior consulting or client-facing experience.

Education & Experience
