Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Salesforce Health Cloud professional. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as configuring and customizing Salesforce Health Cloud, integrating it with other healthcare systems, and providing support to end users. The professional will also be responsible for developing health-related solutions, managing data, and ensuring security compliance. Additionally, the role includes collaborative work with healthcare teams to understand their needs and develop custom solutions to improve patient care and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Occupational Health and Medicine
• Knowledge in Health Promotion and patient care
• Proficiency in configuring and customizing Salesforce Health Cloud
• Experience with integrating healthcare systems
• Ability to manage data and ensure security compliance
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
