About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Health Cloud professional with 4–5 years of expertise in Salesforce platform and at least 2+ years in Health Cloud implementations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in configuring, customizing, and integrating Salesforce Health Cloud solutions to support healthcare industry needs such as patient management, care coordination, and provider-patient engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and customize Salesforce

  Health Cloud

  features such as

  Care Plans, Care Teams, Clinical Data Models, and Patient 360

  .
• Translate healthcare business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Build and optimize

  patient and provider journeys

  leveraging Health Cloud capabilities.
• Integrate Health Cloud with

  EHR/EMR systems, APIs, HL7/FHIR standards

  , and third-party applications.
• Develop Lightning Web Components (LWCs), Flows, Apex, and validation rules.
• Work on

  data migration, data security, and compliance (HIPAA, GDPR)

  within the Salesforce environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, architects, and admins.
• Conduct

  UAT, training, and documentation

  for Health Cloud projects.
• Provide ongoing

  support, enhancements, and performance optimization

  for Salesforce Health Cloud solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 4–5 years of Salesforce experience with

  minimum 2+ years in Health Cloud

  .
• Strong understanding of

  Healthcare domain workflows

  (Patient Management, Provider Network, Care Programs).
• Hands-on experience with

  Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, Flows, and Integrations

  .
• Familiarity with

  EHR/EMR integration standards (HL7, FHIR, CCD, CDA, DICOM)

  .
• Experience in configuring

  Security & Compliance

  for healthcare data.
• Salesforce

  Health Cloud Certification

  preferred (or Salesforce Administrator/Platform Developer I).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Good to Have

• Exposure to

  Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Service Cloud

  for healthcare use cases.
• Knowledge of

  Einstein Analytics/Tableau CRM

  for healthcare reporting.
• Experience working in

  Agile/Scrum environments
