Iterate based on data Repurpose content into docs, email sequences, social snippets, and partner pages Manage external writers or editors when needed with clear briefs and checklists Must-have skills Excellent written English with crisp, structured, and persuasive technical writing Strong SEO fundamentals: keyword research, clustering, on-page, internal linking, and basic technical SEO Ability to translate complex engineering topics into step-by-step guides Comfort with developer tooling: reading API references, JSON payloads, webhooks, auth flows, and SDK examples Analytics literacy: Search Console, GA4, and rank tracking. Can turn reports into next actions Editorial discipline: outlines, style guides, checklists, and version control for content Nice to have Experience writing for developer tools, APIs, or infrastructure platforms Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API, cloud platforms, or backend stacks such as Node.js, Python, Java, C Sharp, and .NET Experience with programmatic SEO and content templating Basic HTML and Markdown skills.
