Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to identify and create new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in lead generation, and a keen understanding of international markets and technologies used in software development.

Key Responsibilities

· Identify and generate business opportunities for software services and staff augmentation.

· Conduct lead generation through cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels.

· Utilize LinkedIn effectively for networking and establishing professional connections.

· Set up meetings and appointments with CXO-level professionals.

· Develop and maintain relationships with prospective clients to understand their business needs.

· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with client requirements and deliverables.

· Stay updated on international market trends and emerging technologies in software development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. (Must in IT)

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Proficiency in using LinkedIn, upwork and other professional networking platforms.

· Basic understanding of different technologies used to build software and sales CRM.

· Ability to engage with high-level professionals and build long-term relationships.

· Knowledge of international market trends and business expansion strategies.
