IT Business Analyst- Snowflake

You begin your day by analyzing data to ensure it accurately reflects business requirements and targets. You collaborate closely with the Procurement & Logistic department and external providers, all within an agile environment.

• Service Operation and end to end delivery responsible.
• Effective approach for this role involves significant interaction with business users and key collaborators.
• Developing and maintaining data architecture and data governance standards and guidelines.
• Design streamlined and optimized data architecture frameworks that align with the organization's data strategy and business needs.
• Provide guidance and support to developers and other partners on data architecture frameworks and standard processes.
• Ensure the quality of concepts and implementations in collaboration with external service providers.
• Work with various functions to clarify user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Partner with multi-functional teams to ensure data integration and availability throughout the organization.
• Engage with business partners to identify data requirements and develop data models.
• Implement systems to monitor and rectify data quality issues.
• Adhere to and align data security policies and procedures with the Cyber Security team to ensure data security and privacy.
• Create comprehensive documentation, including technical diagrams, workflows, and management-level summaries.

• Total 8 to 10 years of IT experience with 3 to 5 yrs of intensive hands on experience on different ETL tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of Snowflake SQL Scripting.
• Working knowledge of JavaScript and PL/SQL with good knowledge of creating Procedures.
• Good knowledge in Snowflake architecture concepts - Cloud Services, Virtual Warehouse, Storage
• Data modeling skills on relational databases especially for data warehousing
• Experience into Data Warehouse and Planning
• Knowledge in building End to end data pipeline.
• Experience in data migration.
• Experience in building data ingestion pipeline using AWS, Azure & GCP data services.
• Good to have knowledge of Qlik, Power BI
• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in computer science or IT.
• Very good English skills.
• Very good intercultural communication and collaboration skills with minimum 2 years of experience in international collaboration
