How You Will Contribute
- Gather and translate business needs into actionable solutions through detailed requirements and functional specifications.
- Analyse and enhance processes to ensure seamless alignment between technology capabilities and business objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, from initial request to implementation and closure.
- Provide expert guidance on complex IT issues and processes, serving as a trusted advisor.
- Lead meetings, foster alignment, and facilitate decision-making across stakeholders.
- Identify risks within delivery and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Product Owners to shape the Services Technology Roadmap.
- Establish and measure baseline metrics to inform decision-making and track initiative success.
- Communicate progress updates effectively to technical, non-technical audiences, and executives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices in IT service management and business analysis.
