IT Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving strategic initiatives and optimizing processes. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Analyzing business processes and identifying areas for improvement. - Gathering and documenting requirements from stakeholders. - Collaborating with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions. - Conducting user acceptance testing and ensuring successful project delivery. - Providing insights and recommendations to drive business growth. To excel in this role, you must meet the following qualifications: - B.Tech in Computer Science/Information Technology or MCA. - Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in business analysis. - Strong analytical skills and proficiency in requirements gathering. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. - Good command over Jira. - Experience with SCRUM methodology.
