IT Business Analyst

**Role Overview:** As a Business Analyst in our technology company located in Kolkata, West Bengal, India, your primary responsibility will be to gather specifications for the business by analyzing the market and competitors. You will work closely with the Dev team, stakeholders, and clients to implement requirements. Your role will involve creating and modifying business and functional documents, conducting meetings and presentations, and performing various types of analysis to support business processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Elicit and analyze Business Requirements and Priorities using Business value methods. - Communicate effectively with the Dev team, stakeholders, and clients to implement requirements. - Create and modify business and functional documents. - Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. - Perform Gap analysis, scope analysis, and impact analysis on Business Processes using UML and Flowcharts. - Document and communicate the results of your efforts. - Identify processes and IT requirements for implementing recommendations. - Perform user acceptance testing. - Manage projects, develop project plans, and monitor performance. - Stay updated on the latest processes and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems. - Provide pre-sales support by demoing the solution, highlighting capabilities, discussing technical details, and developing necessary documentation and test scenarios. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred. - Strong in Techno-functional roles. - Experience in writing various technical documents like BRD, FRS, SRS, User Stories, SQL queries, and data analysis. - Excellent client relationship skills. - Capacity to learn quickly and adapt to industry trends. - Highly organized with good time management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong understanding of the industry and technology. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office. - Patient and able to practice good phone and video call etiquette. - Self-starter who works well independently. - Ability to multitask.
